On the 01-04-12 at around 10.15 pm a forty-six-year-old male motorist was leaving the Caltex Service Station after filling his motor vehicle with petrol when he came into contact with the male assailant who stabbed the victim to the back of his head with a broken bottle before fleeing. The victim sustained major lacerations and was treated at the Frankston Hospital.
