On 13-10-11 at about 11:00 pm the male victim was in the bathroom at the QV Shopping Centre in the Melbourne CBD when he was asked for money and when he refused he was allegedly struck to the head with a mop handle, causing him to fall to the ground, at which time he was kicked and punched.
