On the 13-01-13 at around 5.30 am Safe City CCTV operators reported witnessing a twenty-seven-year-old male being physically assaulted outside a licensed venue on Little Collins Street in the Melbourne CBD. The victim sustained head injuries and was treated at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Detectives from the Melbourne CIU are calling on any witnesses.
