On the 29-07-12 at around 4.00 am a thirty-two-year-old male was attacked outside a Melbourne CBD Nightclub and suffered serious head injuries and was treated at the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a critical condition. A thirty-seven-year-old backpacker from South Australia has since been charged with physical assault.
