On Friday the 21-09-12 at around 5.30 pm a sixteen year old girl was standing on a Springvale South corner when two male assailants of Islander appearance and aged around eighteen years approached her and pushed her to the ground demanding her handbag. The assailants then kicked the female victim before stealing her mobile phone and fleeing. The terrified young female victim sustained abrasions during the attack.
