On the 16-06-12 a forty-four-year-old male was walking along a footpath in Rowville when a motor vehicle stopped beside him and an argument arose with two known males from the motor vehicle and who proceeded to physically assault the victim and he was subsequently transported by ambulance to the Dandenong Hospital and treated for serious head injuries.
