Physical Assault – Dandenong
On Monday the 20th January 2014 at around 12.30 am a twenty-five-year-old male was walking from the Dandenong Railway Station when he heard a man calling out for help and went to assist. The victim was then pushed to the ground from behind by a woman and the male he went to assist punched him several times to his head and also attempted to strike him with a bottle before fleeing with the victim’s bag in a motor vehicle.
Physical Assault – Geelong North
On the 27th January 2014 a forty-one-year-old male was found in the driveway of a North Geelong home after being seriously physically assaulted. One twenty-year-old male and two eighteen-year-old males have since been arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and intentionally causing serious injury.
