On the 15-02-12 at around 2.00 pm an adult male offender indecently exposed himself to a seventeen year old male who was at the bus stop and who quickly fled. At around 2.35 pm the victim returned to the bus stop only to see the offender walking towards him and who then chased him into the shopping centre.
