On the 06-11-12 at around 5.00 am a female was asleep at her home in Fitzroy when a thirty-two-year-old male allegedly broke into her home and sexually assaulted her. The assailant was recently arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and rape and will appear at the Melbourne Magistrates Court.
