On the 27-02-15 at around 9.15 am a thirty-nine-year-old female nurse was walking along Lord Street in Richmond when she was attacked by a man attempting to steal her handbag. The victim was being dragged along the ground when she screamed for help and was promptly assisted by three males from a nearby construction site. The three men restrained the offender until police arrived who charged the forty-year-old offender with robbery and assault.
