On the 05-05-12 at around 11.30 am a motor vehicle stalled on Ballarat Road in Deer Park resulting in an altercation with the driver of a rear vehicle who then left the scene and promptly returned with several armed assailants who proceeded to smash the windows of the stalled vehicle with the forty-year-old driver locking himself inside.
