On Friday the 26-10-12 at around 7.00 am a twenty-two-year-old male victim was driving his Mazda dual cab utility along Pascoe Vale Road when the male driver of a blue mid-eighties Nissan Skyline behind him signalled for him to pull over. The male victim refused to pull over resulting in his vehicle being rammed by the Skyline causing the victim’s vehicle to spin. The driver was able to maintain control of his vehicle, which was extensively damaged, and promptly contacted the police.
