On the 21-03-13 at around 9.30 am a female driving a motor vehicle was attempting to overtake another vehicle on Point Nepean Road in Rye when this vehicle swerved and forced her onto the other side of the road and into the path of an oncoming motor vehicle. The driver of the oncoming motor vehicle was forced onto the bike lane to avoid a head on collision. Rosebud Rosebud Police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
