On the 19-06-17 at around 3.45 am two men aged twenty-one and twenty-four years were walking along Southbank Promenade when they were approached by a gang of ten teenage offenders. The gang proceeded to assault the twenty-one-year-old victim stealing his mobile phone and wallet. Shortly after Melbourne West police arrested ten teenagers, aged from eleven to sixteen years, regarding the assaulkt and robbery.
