On the 15-08-14 at around 7.20 am a male offender armed with a knife entered the milk bar on Albert Street in Sebastopol and was found by the mild bar owner behind the counter. The offender stole cigarettes before fleeing and is described as being Caucasian in appearance, 180 cm tall and with a thin build. Ballarat Detectives are appealing for witnesses following an armed robbery.
