On Friday the 06-12-13 at around 1.00 am emergency services arrived at a home on Palm Avenue in Reservoir to find a fifty-one-year-old male with severe facial lacerations. The victim was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital where he remains in an induced coma in a critical condition. Darebin Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the serious assault and are appealing for public assistance to help identify the offender.
