On the 19-03-13 at around 9.45 am a female in her thirties was walking along Cleeland Street in Dandenong when she was approached by an unknown male who was standing at the bus stop and who sexually assaulted her. The female victim managed to free herself and flee. Police arrested a thirty-five-year-old male shortly afterwards. Dandenong SOCIT detectives are appealing for witnesses.
