On the 02-06-14 at around 6.45 pm a forty-nine-year-old woman was walking towards her motor vehicle which was parked in a car park off Annesley Street in Echuca when she was grabbed from behind by an unknown male assailant. The assailant dragged the woman into a secluded area where he attempted to remove her clothing. The female victim struggled with the assailant and managed to break free. Police investigating the incident and are appealing for public assistance to help identify the assailant.
