On the 31-03-12 at around 4.15 am a female was sitting on a park bench in the Edinburgh Gardens with her bike when the assailant approached her. The victim soon became nervous and tried to walk off and the male then exposed himself. The victim the attempted to flee but the assailant grabbed her and forced her to the ground and a struggled occurred and the victim managed to scream and the assailant then fled.
