On the 01-01-13 at around 5.00 am a twenty-two-year-old female was attacked and sexually assaulted in a car park on Ballarat Road in Footscray who was later treated at the Sunshine Hospital. Police have arrested a twenty-six-year-old male from West Footscray in relation to the incident.
