On the 23-02-13 at around 1.30 am a forty-year-old female left a licensed premises in Ringwood and was walking along Oban Road when she was approached by the two male assailants. The assailants grabbed her from behind and then forced her to nearby Mullum Mullum Creek where she was sexually assaulted. The victim’s partner came looking for her and called out for her resulting in the assailants fleeing.
