On the 27-01-13 at around 8.40 am a twenty-eight-year-old woman was at the Centro Shopping Centre in Ringwood when a seventy-six-year-old male approached her and put his arms around her and sexually assaulted her and then walked away. Knox SOCIT Police have since charged the offender with sexual assault  and he is to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.
