On 7 February 2020 a 25-year-old Melton man was conveyed to hospital with a gunshot wound. Detectives from the Armed Crime Squad have since charged two men following the shooting. A 28-year-old Tarneit man and a 31-year-old Derrimut man and the pair were remanded in custody to face Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.
