On Monday the 08-04-13 just before midnight a twenty-six-year-old male was walking along the Burwood Highway in East Burwood when he was approached by four teenagers, two males and two females. The four teenagers demanded cash from the victim before stabbing him and then fleeing. The victim sustained a stab wound to his back and chest and was treated at the Alfred Hospital. Police later arrested three teenagers in East Burwood.
