On the 27-09-12 at around 1.00 pm two teenage boys, aged fifteen and seventeen years, were approached by a group of four to five males of Islander appearance at the Dandenong Plaza and were threatened to harm and demands were made to hand over the blue bandanas they were wearing. The teenage victims handed over their bandanas and the assailants left.
