More child sexual abuse crimes within the Melbourne Jewish community have been reported allegedly perpetrated by a senior Jewish Community member according to Tzedek , a Jewish Victim Advocacy Group. A spokesperson from the Jewish community described the crimes as shocking due to the seniority of the perpetrator, the location of the sexual abuse, the nature sexual abuse and the subsequent threats. Earlier this year two others have been charged of child sexual abuse offences related to incidents at Melbourne’s Yeshivah College.
