On Friday the 23-11-12 there will be a Walk Against Family Violence in Melbourne. The walk has been Organised by Phil Cleary, whose sister was murder in 1987, and he anticipates thousands to attend.

In September of this year around thirty thousand marched for Jill Meagher, whose alleged murderer has a criminal history.

This week the body of 22-year-old Sarah Cafferkey was discovered in a Point Cook home and a forty-seven-year-old male who was arrested also has a criminal history.

There are approximately three murders per week in Victoria and we need to express our outrage at such crimes as well as expressing grief.
