On Monday the 26-11-12 at around 7.00 pm a thirty-three-year-old man victim was walking on Kelvinside Road in Noble Park when he was shot in both legs by a moving motor vehicle. The victim sought help from nearby residents and then taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a serious condition.
