On Monday the 03-12-12 at around 8.40 am a thirteen-year-old girl was walking to school in Melton when a male of Middle Eastern appearance and aged in his mid twenties approached her and exposed himself and performed a lewd act. The young female victim screamed and the assailant fled. Footscray Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team (SOCIT) police are investigating the incident.
