On Sunday the 09-12-12 at around 5.00 am two men, both aged nineteen-years, were stabbed to the neck and back following an altercation between two groups of men outside a taxi rank in Ballarat. Both victims were treated at hospital. A twenty-five-year-old male was arrested shortly after the incident.
