On the 28-12-12 at around 1.30 am several men were sitting outside a café in Acland Street St Kilda when they were approached by two intoxicated females who soon walked off. A male, who was with the two females, then approached the men and grabbed a glass off the table and struck the twenty-seven-year-old male victim to his face before fleeing. The victim was later treated at the Epworth hospital.
