On the 29-12-12 at around 3.00 am a forty-nine-year-old male sustained a broken nose following an altercation at a Northcote restaurant involving up to ten people. The victim was taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Police have since arrested a Northcote man in respect to the assault.
