On the 01-01-13 at around 2.10 am the two male victims were getting out of a taxi, which had parked across a driveway on Toorak Road in Toorak, blocking access to the assailant’s vehicle when he attacked the males, punching one unconscious and who required treatment at the Alfred Hospital.
