On the 13-03-13 at around 8.15 am a teenage girl was walking to school along Simon Avenue in Rowville when she was approached by a male assailant who grabbed her breast. The school girl managed to push the assailant away and he fled.

At around 8.30 am the same morning the same man assailant approached a second teenage girl at a bus stop on Eildon Parade in Rowville and pulled his pants down exposing himself to her before running off into nearby bushes.
