On the 20th April 2013 at around 11.30 pm a fight erupted between two groups involving up to ten males and females inside a hotel on Raleigh road in Maribyrnong. A twenty-nine-year-old Melton man was struck with a glass during the altercation resulting in lacerations to the head and was treated at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Police are investigating the incident.
