On the 25-06-13 at around 6.00 pm a twenty-two-year-old female was standing near the corner of Spencer Street and Flinders Street under a train overpass when she was approached by a male and a female. The two assailants then physically assaulted the female victim and stole her mobile phone and backpack. The male assailant was described as sporting a white beard.
