On the 30-04-13 at around 2.00 am the residents of a home on Torresdale Drive in Boronia were awoken by a barking dog and soon found two offenders attempting to break into their home. The assailants when confronted sprayed a forty-eight-year-old resident with clear paint before fleeing over the back fence. The victim pursued the assailants and managed to strike one with a shovel as they fled empty handed.
