On the 19-12-12 at around 6.10 am a male home occupant in Windsor heard noise and quickly got up out of bed to confront a male offender in his backyard. The male offender had already stolen property from inside the house and was attempting to steal a motor scooter. The male occupant wrestled with the burglar but the burglar managed to escape. The burglar was described as being Australian and of very small and thin build.
