On Tuesday the 13th May 2014 just after 1.30 pm a male offender entered the bank on Cheltenham Road in Keysborough armed with a firearm. The offender approached a teller and handed over a note and demanded cash in the form of fifty dollar notes. The teller handed over a quantity of cash and the offender then fled the bank along Cheltenham Road. Detectives from Springvale Embona Taskforce are appealing for witnesses.
