On the 07-05-18 detectives arrested a man after four people were robbed at North Fitzroy on the 29-04-18. The victims were having a picnic in the gardens when they were approached by an armed man who demanded they hand over their property. The offender was then joined by two other men who stole the victims’ property before fleeing. A twenty-five-year-old man from Lalor has been charged with three counts of armed robbery and remanded to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.
