On Saturday the 29-12-12 just after 8.00 pm two masked robbers armed with a knife and a meat cleaver held up the Subway Restaurant on St Georges Road in Northcote. The assailants demanded money from staff as well as from customers, forcing a forty-two-year-old male customer to the ground before stealing his mobile phone and wallet. The assailants fled the scene on foot.
