On Monday the 24th June 2013 at around 3.00 am a male assailant entered a service station on Horne Street in Sunbury asking for cigarettes. The assailant then produced a knife and demanded cash before fleeing on foot with an amount of money.
Later that same day at around 8.40 pm a male assailant wearing a motor bike helmet entered a milk bar on McKewen Drive in Sunbury armed with a knife and demanded cash from the female shop assistant before fleeing with a small amount of money.
