On the 17-06-17 at around 5.45pm a male victim was sitting at the Frankston Railway station with a female companion when he was approached by a teenager male and assaulted. The offender together with an accomplice fled the scene and were soon involved in another assault and theft in nearby Young Street. Frankston police soon arrived and arrested a seventeen-year-old male from Noble Park and a twenty-year-old male from Hallam and bailed to appear at a Children’s Court to face assault and theft charges.
