On Saturday the 04-05-13 at around 2.00 pm a nineteen-year-old female was waiting at platform eight at Flinders Street Station in the Melbourne CBD when a male indecently assaulted her before boarding a train at platform five. The assailant is described as being in his twenties of Indian appearance and carrying a black laptop bag. Transit CIU police are appealing for witnesses.
