On Monday the 1st May 2013 just before 6.00 pm a nine-year-old girl was putting rubbish out at her front yard on Radford Road in Resevoir when a male riding a silver bike approached her. The male assailant grabbed her arm and the young female victim managed to free herself and run inside informing her mother. The assailant, described as being aged in his sixties and of Southern European appearance, fled the scene. Epping SOCIT detectives are investigating the incident and are appealing for witnesses.
