On Friday the 30-11-12 at around 8.30 pm a male in his late twenties asked a woman for assistance to get something from his motor vehicle in Preston. As the female walked away the male attempted to grab her. The victim quickly contacted the police and as she was on the phone to the police another female approached her and indicated that she too was grabbed by a male who attempted to drag her towards a motor vehicle.
