On the 10-12-12 at around 8.10 am an eleven year old girl was assaulted and grabbed the arm by a male in Hastings before she managed to break free and run away. Today detectives from the Frankston Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team arrested a thirty-one-year-old male in relation to the assault.
