On Sunday the 18-11-12 at around 1.10 am two women caught a taxi in Donvale. A short time later the two female passengers were involved in a verbal argument with the taxi driver and he soon stopped the taxi. As the females were exiting the taxi the driver allegedly drove off dragging one of them, the forty-one-year-old female, along the roadway. The female victim was treated at hospital for facial injuries and the taxi driver failed to stop. Nunawading police are investigating and are seeking any witnesses to the incident.
