On Sunday the 01-06-14 at around 4.45 pm a fifteen-year-old girl was walking her two dogs along Foot Street in Frankston and when she reached the entrance to the George Pentland Botanical Gardens she heard someone whistle. The teenage victim looked up to see a male expose himself and perform a lewd act. The teenager quickly called the police. The offender was described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged around thirty years and of small to medium build with short dark hair. Frankston SOCIT is appealing for public assistance.
