On Tuesday the 20-05-14 at around 1.00 pm a twenty-one-year-old man used a public toilet block off Koroit Street in Warrnambool. As he was using the urinal an unknown male approached him from behind and indecently assaulted him. The offender then quickly fled the toilet block and walked towards the nearby shopping complex.
